Hello and Welcome! I’m Magen, the owner and baker behind Starter & Sugar. In a world where so much is rushed, I wanted to create something slower, more intentional, and made with care.

Every loaf of sourdough begins days before it reaches your table. My sourdough starter is carefully nurtured, each dough is hand-shaped, and everything is baked in small batches to ensure the quality you deserve.

Whether you’re picking up a warm loaf for dinner, treating yourself to fresh cinnamon rolls, or stopping by the Farmstand just to see what’s new, I hope you feel the love and care that goes into every bake.

    Skip the guesswork and reserve your favorites before they’re gone! Place your order online in just a few clicks, and we’ll have it ready for convenient pickup at the Farmstand.

  • 3. Everything is Baked Fresh For You

    Every loaf of sourdough, batch of cookies, cinnamon roll and sweet treat is baked fresh in small batches with care and attention to quality. Your pre-order allows us to prepare your favorites just for you, ensuring everything is at its freshest when you pickup from the Farmstand.

  • 4. Pickup Directly From The Farmstand

    Once your order is ready, we’ll let you know when it’s available for pickup. Stop by at a time that works best for you, collect your fresh, homemade favorites, and be on your way.
