Our Italian Herbs & Cheese sourdough loaf is naturally leavened and slow-fermented, then scattered with inclusions of a blend of Italian herbs and freshly grated Parmesan cheese. Baked in small batches with our active starter, it has a golden crust and a soft, fragrant crumb - perfect alongside pasta, soups or served warmed with butter.
